1990/91 Diagnostic Code Help 700

Super, Thanks Gadfly. Yes, Ryan, I believe both cars are CA cars, both in/from the Sacramento area. I remember seeing a small "something" in front end (facing towards the front) of the EGR valve, but it didn't look like it would take a connector. It is possible I suppose that the wire(s) are just off. I'll check when I get home tonight and post result, will check both motors also.
