I'll check with a couple more shops tomorrow. Maybe I should tell them its a Ford Falcon.

These old Volvo's are just about as basic as cars get so I was pretty surprised that they acted like it came from the moon or something. But we don't see them too much around here.

Anyhow thanks for the tips, hopefully I can get a shop to do it. One of those things where I would just rather pay someone $40-50 and let them use their equipment.

If I don't find a shop I'll give it a go. I do have a copy of the green book on CD and it really doesn't look too overwhelming. Its just messing with the steering is one of those things that I don't want to get wrong.
