a/c compressor wabbles w/o belt 700

Just purchased my 1st V---- 1989 740 turbo wagon with manual & overdrive.235000 miles and very well maintained.Owner said the a/c belt broke recently but they didn't use a/c and were about to sell so did not replace. While attempting to replace the belt, -I find a 'wabble in the compressor like a bushing is bad holding the compressor or a bolt holding a bracket is loose.I can move it 1/8th inch back and forth.I ve got large hands and somewhat restricted in there. The unit has the additional fine tune bolt. Anyone know where a schematic of how its mounted may be found-better yet any recolections on installing or removing one of these and amount of bolts-brackets.
