blows fuse #13 - fuel injectors 200

well, we got the k-member and all the stearing rack stuff changed out from Rover to the new wagon and went to take it for a test drive. Hubby didn't make it half way around the block when the car died and wouldn't start back up. towed it home, fiddled with wires, jiggled the shifter, finally went to wiggle the fuses - there was a 16amp fuse for the injectors (not an 8...) that was blown. we replaced it with a 8amp, started right up but blew again when we shifted from n to drive.

I know someone here has an idea or two...

By the way - we drove it to the in-laws yesterday and then home and it was fine. It also blew out the 4 way fuse when it died today.
