Broken bolt in control arm. 700 1989

Hi all,
Well i just replaced almost all of my front suspension components, ball joints, tierod ends, etc. In the process of replaceing the drivers ball joint, the bolt that connect the sway bar link to the lower control arm snapped. Any cool tricks on how to get the broken part out. i'd rather not replace the control arm, but I do want the sway bar connected. Is there a MacGuyver fix here? There is a 1/4" stub sticking out of the control arm.
Thanks, Palmer
