Virgo wheels 200 1993

Hello: Just bought 4 Virgo wheels for our old 240 wagon. Really like the way they sport up these old cars. Here's my Q: I've read that these wheels can get out of round. How can I tell ? If I bring them to a tire shop, what do they do to test them and how much can I expect to spend to have them checked ? Also, the wheels came without lug nuts - anybody know if there is a good new replacement ? BTW, paid $100.00 for the wheels, all have the center caps, plus an extra two caps were thrown in with the deal.... Thanks
