blower fan replacement 200 1985

hate like the hoover to post this question, but Art Bensteins link (http://users.erols.com/benstein/) I've found won't work

the search keeps telling me no results for blower only 8500 results for blower, uh okay

this link
http://www.buvic.com/car/repairs/blowermotor.html
and Bentley book
describe the same procedure
is that it? it just seems like very little described to take 5 hours or more to do

i got the replacement kit from eeuroparts that includes new resistor and switch

can i just swap out the power delivery wires from the old to the new pigtail?
