how to remove rear cam seal?

Yes, just take the darn bearing cap off and replace the plug. Make sure that your crankcase ventilation system is open and flowing, I cannot remember having replaced one of these on a car that was not plugged up. Remember, that sucker built up enough pressure to blow that plug out of the back of the head and if you clean it all up and stuff in a brand new one with out servicing the flame trap it is just going to blow apart something else. When you put the cap back on put a little RTV silicone under the corners of the cap as well as on the corners where the valve cover gasket makes the bend up and over the bearing cap.
