Axles 120-130 1964

I had not considered the rust-proofing issue... Better check it more thoroughly

Regarding the axles. What I was asking is whether I could bolt up an 1800E axle to '64. I seem to recall that pre-1967 120s were incompatible.

What I'm getting it, as that I've been upgrading my 67 220 with equipment taken from a 1800E (brakes, wheels, gearbox, rear axle. I'm about to have my transplant axle altered to fit to the 220, but I thought I should ask before I do so, since the 1800 axle will direct bolt to later 120s.

Seems like I should just stay the course with my 220 upgrades and drive the 130 as I had been planning...

Thanks
