Cleaned flame trap but still leaking oil 900 1992

Hi all,

I submitted a post about this problem a month ago or so but can't seem to locate it so I figure I'd start a new one. I was experiencing an oil leak on my '92 940GL that I assumed was caused by a clogged flame trap. I cleaned the flame trap and thought the problem was gone but it's in fact still leaking from the filler cap and possibly somewhere else. My questions are:

1. What is the unit immediately below where the flame trap lives? Should it be cleaned? I assume the intake manifold would have to be removed to get at it.

2. Can a Volvo dealer (or experienced mechanic) do some kind of oil flush to clean the entire block? Might that help my leak?

Thanks for any suggestions!
