Help in identifying engine block and head 1800

My Dad and I are working on a 68 1800. There was zero compression on one cylinder, so we took the head off and sure enough of the valves is stuck opem. I think we are just going to get a valve job with new valves, seats, guides.

I am new to these motors and we have run into a predicament. The engine block has 496940 1515 stamped on it. This is a B20E block correct? These is just a single carb setup on it however and this is stamped on the head: 1-418 205.

Is this a B18 head on a B20E block? Before going any further I just want to amke sure its a good idea to get a valve job done on this head.

HELP!
THanks.
