Swapping an AW-70L or AW-71L for an AW-70 200 1993

Been checking the archives, but still haven't found an answer.......
Are there any problems in swapping either a 70L or 71L into my '93 245 with an AW-70 . i'm thinking either one should be a direct swap.....should bolt up ok, but are there any drive shaft issues..??...i think some of the newer ones had a tailshaft bearing rather than a bushing, does this change anything???...the donor car would be a later 740 or 940......if anyone has done this and has any caveats or advice , i'd appreciate it.........thanks......j.
