S90 1998 Heat related PNP replaced S90-V90 1998

Auto Repair replaced PNP and timing belt.

Since then numerous problems with getting out of gear to start.

When temperature goes above 85 degress in car the problems occur.

1. Have to put key in second position and put in neutral to start car.

2. From this point on the Turn signals, lights, windows, door locks don't work.

3. After air conditioner runs and cools down inside of car you can stop and put in park, and restart and everything works fine.

4. Tried swapping modules that control these items in fuse panel but didn't help.

Suggestions?

Thanks
