non volvo question

I've got a Chevy pickup with about 30K miles since it was overhauled. It runs about 80psi cold, 55 psi hot at 70 MPH, and about 28-30 at idle.

Your numbers are bit lower but I wouldn't worry about it too much. That's pretty typical of higher mileage engines. Bump the idle up a couple of hundred RPM and I think your pressure will come up enough to turn off the alarm bells in your head. ;-)
