New Arrival 120-130

Congrats! You did the right thing as long as you're willing to go through everything once and get it all into good operating shape.

I've personally put well over 300,000 miles on our 122S, and it failed to drive me home twice. The first time was because I locked the keys in it. The second time was a wrecked transmission that was my own fault -- I cracked a part when I overhauled it and didn't realize it. Even then, it drove 90 miles on the Interstate before giving up on the exit ramp two blocks from our house.

Of course I fixed and rebuilt many, many things over the years, but 122s are just about the easiest cars in the world to work on.
