I just installed a new Volvo exhaust system in my '90 244 ($195 from Borton Volvo). The new one had an exhaust pipe that went over the axle rather than under it as the old one (Walker) did. Is this something new? I had to bend the plate that is between the tire and fuel tank to keep the pipe from banging against it.
