B20 neoprene timing cover seal 120-130

Plenty of info on machining the covers; which way the new seal is to be installed though... not so much.

So:
Which end does the open end of the front seal face? Crank or pulley?

Press it in from the front or rear? There's quite a lot of room fore and aft, how much space to I leave between faces?

any special notes in regards to installing the rear seal in the housing?

Pictures/info appreciated...

Thanks!
-Sean
