possible broken clutch fork....sigh 140-160

Hi all,
I recently posted about having to adjust my clutch severaL times over the past few weeks. Well I just started pulling off the fork boot to see if I could see anything and a small short pin fell out. I am thinking that it is one of the pins that engage the throwout bearing. The fork is real tight with no free play at all and looks like it is mashed against the throw out bearing.
Looks like I am pulling the tranny this weekend.
How do I repair this? I need the car Monday.
Does anyone have a spare 140 clutch fork they care to part with? Name a fair price or perhaps we can trade if you need something, (though I don't have that many spare parts lying around). I'll of course pay for aal of the shipping.
Thanks
