I found my filter in the "pimp your ride" section of the local Autozone. I think is was 10-15.00 USD.

Like I said before, a noticeable amount of engine oil was kicked up through the filter and onto my valve cover. I went to a different sort of air filter setup and I've not tried the top filter since.
