Are single piston calipers interchangeable with dual piston calipers (both ABS)? 700 1991

Doing a front axle pad change on a 1991 745Ti with single piston calipers. I have a stuck piston on one of the calipers.

I have a pair of calipers on the shelf from a 1990 744 16v. Both sets are Girling and both sets are ABS.

Can I put the dual piston calipers on the 1991 without consequences?
