Mystery wiring part II S90-V90 1995

Continuing on my previous topic:
Could this mystery wiring to the left of the steering wheel in the bank of rocker switches be a connection for the electric antenna retract switch? (In the pre '95 960 this function has a switch with the runic symbol "Algiz" (a Y-looking thing with an extra line going up through the "Y")).
Can this feature be enabled simply by installing a switch?
Maybe I'll get lucky and someone will actually answer this.
