wonked out ABS cause of squishy pedal? 700

Hello again all,

I've been contemplating trying to stiffen up my brakes. They work, but I like a harder pedal, and I know they can be better. I've got ABS, which is more or less non-functional, thanks to a busted front-right sensor. Is it possible that the ABS, in the state it's in, might be the soft-pedal culprit?

I have had a caliper replaced since installing a new MC a couple years ago, and have replaced some pads, unfortunately not paying attention to the MC while doing so...I realize I might have complicated things a bit for myself. We'll see.

Many thanks,

Nick
