Timing belt job. Now no start. 200

Recently did the timing belt. Ran untill I went back to adjust tensioner and replace cover. Had to take the belt back off to install back of cover. I must have reinstalled the TB wrong because it won't start now.
Please outline steps for setting up timing via TDC.
I've done it on B18/20 with no problem. But never with a timing belt engine.
Thanks for your help.
