Unusual A1 Code 900

As per recommendatino in other posts, I ran an A1 code check on my 95 960 because the engine seems to want to shift gears between 4000 and 5000 rpm. The code appears to be 4 digits rather than 2, which is odd. It shows 1-1-1-3.

There are three long ones - followed by a three shorts, for 3. Any ideas appreciated, I have never seen such a code, unless somehow i mis read it, but I checked it 3 times to be sure.
