Need help getting LOGIN to work, cannot get into OPINIONS

I'm going to change the approach for restricting users in opinions to allow login from the form.

The login on the upper right is disabled? Odd. Are you sure? You can't type in it?

Normally, I would recommend looking at the cookie help page. However, I want to eliminate this problem in code. So I made some changes. Bob, please let me know if it helps. I can help off and on through the day.

Sorry for all this trouble. My hope is we can fix this the right way this time.
