Rear seatbelt anchor holes 120-130

In the past, some had said that the early Amazons may not have had anchor holes for three-point safety belts for the backseat passengers.

Well, all my poking around inside my car today behind the headliner by the rear windshield found that there is not only one anchor hole but TWO! And my car is a 1963 sedan. Should I use the front or back mounting hole?

I plan to install 3-point belts there and either mount the retracting mechanism on the parcel shelf with a reinforcing plate below. Or mount it in the trunk and have the belt pass through a slit in the parcel shelf.

What have you all done in the backseat? (I mean as far installing seatbelts, nothing personal!)
