Need help getting LOGIN to work, cannot get into OPINIONS

The answer is a partial yes

First: I have done absolutely nothing at my end to correct it. Seven hours ago, it was still broken (I still had to enter login,PW, and notify for each post I replied to). I just checked after receiving your note and, without any further login, I was able to reply to your note with my info visible. Other RWD posts give me the same good result. It also shows me logged in in the upper right.

I tried classifieds and it does appear to be keeping my preferences. I'll try this again later.

Now to the no fix part. For the heck of it... I went to AWD section - the upper right shows me logged in but when trying to reply to a post - the username, password and options fields are blank. This was exactly what was happening in RWD until this AM. And trying in the opinions returns " You must be logged in to post to the OPINIONS forum."
