How to remove and reattach 240 hood liner? 200 1993

Hello,
I would like to remove the black hood liner on my 93 244 so that I can have a hood dent popped from behind. There are black round discs attaching the liner to the underside of the hood, but I am unsure of how to remove them- without damaging them. Could someone post some info on removing and reattaching the hood liner? I would really appreciate it!
