Sean:

WOW! Beatiful 244 in Noire! You are correct, you NEED a chrome trimmed windshield seal, especially with those rims! Simply beautiful! My hat is off in respect!

When it comes to the reflective bumper trim, well, when we bought our new 89 244 we asked for pin striping, when we got it, it had pin striping AND reflective tape on the bumpers installed by the dealer. As a result, I bought a roll of the reflective trim from the local paint shop to adorn the bumpers on the 90. I still have a huge amount left of the tape... if interested, I'll mail it to you as I have no use for it.

NOTE: When that reflective paint fails and flakes, it is a PITA to remove, especially on a repainted bumper as it will YANK the paint off with it! Just an FYI!
