91 745 dies at idle 700

OK, I appreciate the help so far for the post titled the same on down the list. I have tried all of these things(i couldn't get the IAC open, so i cleaned what i could), I discovered a different symptom. The car will idle in neutral and park, but idles VERY low, like 2-300 RPM. The throttle body is spotless, the flame trap is clean, plugs in fairly good shape, new wires. The car is a Regina system, and I can't find a parts store around me that sells sensor cleaner. I was going to try cleaning the intake air temp sensor. What else am I missing? Thanks for the help.
