More OD woes, AW70 not shifting into OD. 200 1993

I have a 93 240, auto, and have had an intermittent issue with the overdrive lately, where its really slow to shift into overdrive. This happens occasionally under normal driving conditions, and much more often when hot (after about 2 hours of driving).

The shift button/light/relay are all working like they are supposed to. The car simply won't shift into overdrive like it should. It takes 1-5 minutes of driving around 60MPH for it to finally shift (normally shifts much sooner). No tach, so I can't be specific, but I can feel its revved much higher than normal.

Any thoughts?
