Sedan - remove seat to run trunk power wire? 700 1990

Hello,

How do I get a wire from in front of the rear seat on the bottom under the plastic panels up above the wheel well and into the trunk? Do I have to remove the seat back? I can see some bolts from the trunk that look like they might be related, but this is getting pretty complicated for just running wires.

I want to run a power wire down the passenger side bottom under the plastic panels by the base of the doors for wiring a uhaul trailer kit. I removed the rear seat bottom, that was really easy. Then I unbolted the belt so I thought I could remove the plastic panel that runs next to the rear seat and along the floor. I almost removed that panel but the seat back is blocking it.

I tried the search, but nothing was specific enough about the short jog from the back seat to trunk.

Thanks,
Squeaks
