740 engine swap HELP 700 1990

Which transmission does the fianl product have, auto or manual? The flywheel with the ring around it is the automatic's flywheel and is no good with a manual. The manual flywheel has the divots for the crank position sensor machined into it. As for alignament, I'd use the distributor to get the motor at TDC, then put the flywheel on so that one of the solid spots is aligned with the sensor. That should, and I repeat SHOULD, work. I don't remember aligning anything when I put my manual in after converting from auto though. Seems to me that the flywheel only goes on one way, but I could be wrong here too.
