Will this 960 cowl work on my 760? 700 1989

I found and bought a pristine cowl from a 95 960 today ..cheap (inexpensive, better word).
It looks identical to the one I have on my 89 760 ...which is all busted up.
The only difference is the 760 part has about six small flat black phillips screws (not the four torx screws on the front leading edge) that are not on the one from the 960.

Should I drill the holes and use the screws, or just mount it like it was on the 960?
Apparently the grommets under the wiper stub/arm hookup is all that holds it down on the 960, other than the front four torx screws and two small ones on the far edges by the hood hinges.
One note. I checked and the same windshield fits the 89 760 & the 95 960.
