Washer pressure fades 900

My car is a 1991 940 turbo. When i use the windshield washer fluid, the jets will be strong at first but slowly fade to the point where they will not even get the windshield wet. It happens evenly to both left and right sets of jets. After a little while the jets will spray but not very strong. Any ideas? Bad check valve?
