ignition for a 122 120-130

I been having trouble with my 122 wagon not charging properly. It was only charging a little over @ 12v at the maximum, and try putting on any accessories lights or wipers and the voltage would take a nose dive. I would have to dispense with putting it in overdrive because it would lower the RPM's enough to drop below 12 volts.

Bruce my mechanic, now thar Rob is gone, hot wired the ignition the ignition to the battery and said it would work fine, and it has, but I would like to replace the ignition. Also, the radio doesn't seem to work now, all stacticy. I plan on driving the 122 to my next appointment to Mayo, which is about 100 miles away, and I would like to have a radio to keep me company. I am assuming that the ignition and the radio malfunctioning have something in common. Is that so?

Also, I got a cake-eater new cell phone. I have a charging cable like just about everyone does that fits into the lighter socket. Will the hot wiring affect that in an averse way?

What I really need it seem is a new (used) ignition. Anybody have a spare one for sale at a reasonable price?
