Hey, just a love note to FCP Groton.

I ordered an $18 part, and $6 for UPS.

When it didn't show up, and didn't show up, I called.

They told me it shipped, and arrived.

Which means some cretin in my neighborhood needed a valve cover gasket more than me, I guess.

They said they were sorry, and there wasn't really anything I could do about it, unless I wanted to file a police report.

Well, it's my bad, really, they were right. Not gonna bother with police over $24.

Lo and behold, looked at my credit card, FCP refunded the part price! Not the shipping, but really...

Buy stuff from these people, they are very nice.
