Strange electrical problem 200 1982

Hello all.. Just got my baby (1982 242 GLT) out of storage last week & have been getting it all ready for the summer... For some reason, everything that is powered off fuse #2 (wipers, ciggy lighter and stereo) work fine when the key is in the ACC or ON position with the engine off, but as soon as the enigne is started the circuit goes dead. Shut the engine off, and number 2 circuit goes live again. Is this an ignition switch problem maybe... I am stumped!
