Steering rack replacement 200 1986

OK OK...all of you brickheads who told me that I would eventually need a new steering rack were right...despite my best efforts...she has failed...the passenger's side boot is full of fluid and around town she is hemmoraging a half quart every 100miles. (drove from pittsburgh to philly and back this week and only lost 1/2 quart or so). I ordered a remanufactured rack and a low pressure hose (i just replaced the high pressure hose 2 weeks ago). My question is, do i need a ball joint seperator (aka pickle fork) to remove the rack? As I understand it the FCPGroton remanufactured racks come with boots and inner tie rod ends...but are they assembled? if not how do you install the inner tie rod ends? I replaced the lower ball joints about a year ago but can't really recall how the asembly looked. How long should I expect this job to take?
