Tire time S90-V90 1997

I know your looking at moderately price tires and that is fine. I just want to suggest that you also think about spending a little more per tire. I'm not suggesting that you go hog wild but look at a good H rated tire. I just replaced my Bridgestone 960's with Michelin MXV4 Energy's. The Bridgestone are a really nice tire to start with.
Well the difference was night and day between the two tires. I was shocked at the improved quality of the ride between them.

The only reason I bought the Michelin's was the price. There was an instant rebate and I wanted to beat the June 1st price increase from Michelin.
For your information with out the rebate I would not have spent the money.
They cost me $590 for the tires, mounting, valves, balancing, tire disposal fee and sales tax. I would have never spent the $143 per tire with out the rebate. The tire is just not worth that kind of money to me.

With a 960/S90 I would not put cheap tires on it. I would be looking at H rated tires around $100 each. You will never see much difference between a $125 H- rated tire and a $150+ V-rated tire on these cars. But there is a huge difference between a $75 T rated tire and a good $120 H-rated tire.
