I've replaced the font wing window seals in my '68 122s. I have new rivets for the hinge. One large and two small.

The two small go into the window frame. I've drilled out the old rivets, and the new ones look like the traditional pound in type. Not a pop rivet.

If I were to pound them it, it would pound againd the glass......hmmmmm doesn't seem like the ideal situation. Is this truly the way?
