Questions about first dyno test 140-160

I have had a little more time recently and and become more active with my Volvo. I have plans to megasquirt the motor before further modifications. I wanted to get a baseline on what my current setup puts out before modifications, so I scheduled a dyno test on the 15th.
My question to the board concerns what "on the rack" adjustments to the motor, ie timing, plugs, fuel pressure etc. would I try, to tune the motor's performance during the test.
And yes, I will try to post results. Is there some way to get the data from the test machine to my home computer?
