e-code disaster: ruined? 200

After more than three months waiting to install my e-code lamps, I finally got them out today to clean them up a bit, placing them on the garage floor over newspaper. Went inside for a moment and suddenly heard a loud burst and grinding. Looked outside, and, lo and behold, what I thought had happened, did: my mother ran over one of my lamps, dragging it a few feet under her car, face down! Now, the lense is scratched as is the turn signal assembly, and the turn signal trim piece is shattered. No cracks in the lenses, though, fortunately. Of course, I am not happy. Do you think these scratches will affect the optics? They are not on the surface--you can feel them.
Thanks
