Start with everything set to factory specs, and see where the test leads you.

If you don't have any misfiring at max RPM and full throttle, leave the plugs alone. If you do have misfiring, they may need to be gapped smaller.

Air/Fuel ratio readings will tell you whether there is any benefit in changing fuel pressure. Maximum HP happens in the 12.5:1 range, but that's quite rich for regular driving. I don't know if D-jet is designed to go richer at full throttle, which you can program into MegaSquirt. If not, adjust fuel pressure for 14.7:1 ratio and leave it at that.

On a stock E motor, best power happens with around 32 degrees total advance. Be very careful advancing more. You may actually pick up a bit of power retarding from that.

Getting this onto your home computer depends on the dyno software. At least they should be able to give you a hardcopy printout showing multiple runs. Driveline losses are in the area of 35 HP, so if you pull 95 HP at the wheels, you're getting the full 130 HP Volvo rated the engine at.
