Front Brake Upgrades for 122

A friend and I are building a Hill Climb/ AutoCross car out of the remains of a 1969 Jag XKE. The other day, we noticed that the front calipers on the Jag looked very familiar and after some checking we discovered that they were identical with the ones on the front of one of my 1965 122's .... son of a gun.... cheaper source of replacement calipers .... however, we are looking to upgrade the bakes because this will be a competition only car when we are finished. Has anyone found a source of front disk brake upgrades that will fit a 122 / Jag XKE ?
