Strut Boots? 200 1988

So I'm finally getting around to replacing my front struts with Sachs Turb-Gas. Looking at different parts sites I see two (I think) different kinds of strut boots: the "bellows" or "accordian" type, and the "straight sleeve" type. The Bentley book shows the straight sleeve type in their 240 front suspension drawing. Apparently Bilstein HDs come with the accordian type.

Am I looking at this correctly: are there two different types of strut boots that can be used? or do I need both?
