Uphill struggle, calling LUCID. 200 1982

Ok lucid or anyone else with if you are reading this I need your help if you can give it. Ok as always 82 245 GL, 157,680 miles, K-jet, chrysler ignition. I am having a bit of an uphill struggle in this old bitch. I have new wires on the way from groton and when they get here the plugs are getting changed when the wires do, the cap and rotor are new so thats done. The problem is that accelerating up a hill from a stop seems more difficult than it should be. The hill I climbed was a steep bugger but as I was climbing in second gear I could feel a bit of a power loss surge. This may be normal given the horsepower of these motors but the gearing should handle it right?

On a gradual hill it seems to do ok but occasionally It seems to fight me. I may need a new fuel filter, I tried to change it last month but I messed up the new one and had to put the old one back on(my bad). Heres the things that have been done to it in no real order. They are the things that I can remember off the top of my head. You seem to know a lot about K-jets so I figured you may have an idea here. Thanks to anyone who might have an idea.
P.S NO AMM.
