Or maybe not? 700

Well, they certainly aren't physically interchangeable. But my inner optimist likes to think that the same type of ground-controlled pulses, even if not exactly the same number for a given RPM when comparing the two systems, might well be "tweaked" ± by the Regina ECU till the target idling RPM is achieved. And once off-idle the ECU leaves the IAC alone anyhow I believe—except maybe for coasting decelleration?

Oops! Hold the phone—just saw a Regina green book note to test for 4 ohms between the IAC pins. Went out and measures a used Bosch IAC and found a solid 8 ohms. That takes a big bite out of my confidence.
Looks like maybe I shot from the lip again.
