Pulled the codes 900 1993

I pulled the sensor and tested its resistance vs. temp and it checks out. I suppose what I need to do is start testing values at the ECU connector to rule out wiring problems.

I also went out and bought a new battery. That got rid of the low voltage code. The only code I am getting now is the code for idle air valve. I pulled it, cleaned it and tested it on the bench. No change. It really stinks like fuel when I'm trying to keep the car running.
