Slight Choking at startup 200

I have a 1990 240 DL . This is a manual wagon. It runs fine. It sometimes chokes when taking up the drive .This happens when pressing accelerator from idle in 1st.It does not pick up the revvs immediately,hesitates a little. Once it picks up the revs then rest is OK .
It only does it mostly when the car is cold. The car idles fine .A fair amount of tune up was done recently.

I plan to change temp sensor and FPR as it was running little rich in the recent emissions test.
